SCAM ALERT!
I’m not really sure why on earth this scam exists. Is it just a load of pervs wanting bikini polaroids? Or will they ask for a deposit and money for flights?
Either way, the only thing to do is to forward an email to your booker, who can check, as well as to contact the agency these dickheads are claiming to be, on social media. They can then verify if it’s true (congrats!) or a scam.
And if you’re not represented by an agency, check with me and I’ll help you out.

Hi, I was also contacted by Monica Diaz claiming to be with FORD model management. She said she wanted my daughter for an adidas commercial that’ll pay $4,000. Also said our hotel stay and flight will be covered. But then she told me $400 is wanted upfront, but it’ll be reimbursed. Is this real?
It’s a scam! Don’t fall for it. There’s no way Adidas would book a girl through and agency who is not even signed to that agency. It makes no sense. And they’d never ask for money upfront! Don’t fall into the trap x

What a coincidence! I’ve had the same expirience! Just yesterday someone messaged me through DM at Instagram. They asked me the exact same thing, and it was the exact same person, Monica Diaz. I’ve done some research and this person does exist and works for Ford models. But, we had to fly to London for the Adidas shoot. Everything would be covered, but first we had to pay 400 pounds before getting any further detailed information. The job would pay 4000 pounds for our 5 week old daughter. We’re from The Netherlands. They wanted us to pay the money through Western Union.

Hello thank god I’ve found this, I’ve just been contacted buy Vanessa who apparently is a head booker for ford models they are booking children in for a versace shoot in London this weekend. They have said they want my son to feature and again 400 for costumes and it will be reimbursed when we arrive and again we will get paid £4000 only thing is that they have emailed me the details and it is weirdly the same email address on the Ford models official website. I have sent a message to Ford models on Instagram but I don’t know if they will get back in contact?? Any ideas all seems very strange but the email is making me second guess
Hi, this is absolutely a scam and legal teams are apparently onto it. There is no way that Versace or any other company would direct book models online, child or adult, who are unrepresented. Especially without a casting! Don’t pay!

Yes that is word for word the email I received apart from it was in London. There page on Instagram is very strange obviously uploading random photos although I feel someone has fallen for it by one of the posts!!!

I just got messaged by a account on instagram claiming the the same thing for a shoot for Versace account name is models_castingshoots BEWARE. I was not given any details but it just smelt fishy.
Same here, I am calling the non-emergency police line to let them know about Patricia McMillian.
I convinced the lady I was interested and she gave me an address to make sure the MoneyGram would be picked up by, well she gave me a name and address and I’m calling her local authorities because she is scamming people.
I have just had this too for versachein London 26th to 28th now wondering if its a scam also sent me over a contract.. bit rhe email adressnis the exact same as the one on ford website
I’ve had an Elizabeth Warren message me on Instagram about my son being booked for Nike shoot this weekend. I was all for it till she sent me the email about the £200 to spend on the clothes which I can ‘claim back’ word for word what everyone else had received!! So glad I came across this
i have had the same email yesterday from Elizabeth Warren the same words,its scary, i have told her its a scam she deleted all the messages and bloked me on instagram cute kids booking..i have forward the email to ford models

Is this a scam? As i’ve received exactly same message from Elizabeth Warren. Tried to contact NY ford models but wasn’t fortunate, as they’re asking for some internal numbers to the team. Shame though becouse i’m so desperate to find out who that woman is. She’s shown me her ford models id but no odea if that’s genuine.

Just had the same from an Elizabeth Warren…. Photo shoot in the Royal Horticultural hall, London between the 1st and 3rd February 2019, wanted £250 for two kids outfits. Reported to action fraud just in case anyone has paid plus police and fraud bureau are aware

Hi, literally just recieved a message on Instagram from a so called Elizabeth warren. Very unprofessional telling me my child will get £4000 for a shoot in London for Hugo boss! So glad I’ve done some research and found this as they now are not giving me any further information!
I’ve also had Elizabeth asking me if my son is available for Hugo boss this weekend I was wary as soon as they wanted money!!

Yes, I just got that Kimberly too Hugo Boss for the Weekend of 15-17 Feb. A lot of chatting and then made pressure for the costumes money… she even shared someones else’s payment proof!!
Same Kimberly with us. My son doesn’t even have experience, and I wasn’t even looking for this. After a long conversation, she sent me a contract and started to make pressure to pay for costumes rental… She even shared with me proof of payment from another person!!
This happend to me today, glad I was able to cancel the transaction by callling western union.

Hi! You should never have to pay for membership. Also, followers can be bought so don’t be fooled by those sorts of things!
The same happens to me this morning, Kimberly Wilfred the headbooker of Ford Models but it started to be fishy when I was asked to make a payment for costume even before our flights where booked and I had to make the payment via wester union! It’s terrible they get kids involved !!

Not only a scam but highly dangerous. There are instances of women being kidnapped, raped or extorted for nude/bikini pictures taken. Report to police!!!!
