Hello everyone and I hope you had a wonderful Christmas!

Perhaps your skinny jeans feel as tight as mine (the words gastric band spring to mind) (and probably the words ‘camel toe’ to everyone else’s…). I really hope you were on Santa’s good list and got had some lovely family and friends time.

As as we settle ourselves into what I like to call ‘the perineum of the year’ between Christmas and New Year – what’s it really for? What am I meant to do with it? – Let me regale you with my exciting news:
