Beauty Tuesday: My Vlog on Looking Beautiful on NO SLEEP!
Here we have my latest vlog. It was inspired by a shoot I did recently, when I had to get up stupidly early. I used to get really stressed about the lack of sleep I’d get and how it would affect my face (I do get really puffy and get a skin rash).
But this is also relevant to anyone who’s going through a patch of insomnia, finds it hard to sleep before a big shoot or – not a recomendation of mine, but we’re only human – pulled an all-nighter.
